Coming into the culinary field after completing a bachelors degree in biology from Austin College in Texas, Brian found a perfect place to flex his creative muscles.  After graduating from the French Culinary Institute in 2005, Brian has trained in multiple fine dining NYC restaurants (Manhattan Ocean Club, Diner, The Setai) refined his technique at Michelin starred restaurants (Public, Park Avenue Cafe) and ran different restaurants across the culinary field (Quality Meats, Marlow and Sons). With a high degree of focus, unrelenting passion, and a dedication to produce incredible food, Brian pushes himself and his food to the highest level

Beyond his expertise in sales and customer service, John has always been fascinated by video editing and content creation. He possesses a natural talent for visual storytelling and has an eye for detail. John's deep understanding of customer preferences and his creative vision have allowed him to develop engaging and impactful marketing campaigns. Chef Alex Salamone

Growing up, my biggest passion in life was food. I was always fascinated with the nuance, creativity and skill chefs possessed. I would come home everyday from school and watch the food network, admiring what these people were able to do.

My path into the culinary world wasn't as linear as most. My professional career started in the world of Marine Biology. After living in Florida and studying dolphins for a while. I decided to move back home and follow my true passion, food. I attended the International Culinary Center in NYC, and worked in fine dining for a while (Oceana).

I eventually landed at a Food Startup in NJ where I was able to really hone in on my skills as well as discover some new passions. I had the chance to work as a culinary instructor and help students master a skill set which became extremely rewarding.

I am very excited to start this exciting culinary adventure here at the Gourmet Hospitality Group. I can't wait to showcase our creative and unique combination of culinary and media to the world.
